All of our frozen products are processed in a state-of-the-art HPP processing facility and then flash-frozen in an IQF nitrogen machine.

Did you know: The way you tell a male lobster from a female is by looking under its tail. There, near the tail’s base, you will find small feathery appendages called the swimmerets. Male lobsters have a pair of large, hard swimmerets while females have smaller, softer swimmerets.
